OUR TOOL WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

When creating your own Team Standards, we have a few suggestions:

  1. Hand this document out at Fall Ball, or the beginning of your season and have your team sign in.

  2. Read our Sample Team Standards Document and take what you love and leave what you don't. Remember, you want to create a document that reflects your coaching standards and what you expect from your team. Every team dynamic is different.

  3. Make it serious. Don't set rules that you won't abide by as a coach. Keep it realistic and keep is serious. Set a good tone from Day 1. There are so many other opportunities to have fun with your team, but your Team Standards should be taken very seriously.
