What is the Coaching Classroom?

The mission of WLD is to provide lacrosse drills, resources and trainings for coaches which are all adaptable to the level of your coaching ability and the level of your lacrosse team.

So with that mission in mind, I create and curate a convenient online collection of lacrosse drills, practice plans, coaching tools & resources, and video tutorials from high level coaches (ie. Emily Boissonneault, Bill Olin, Kirstin Kimmel & more) based on the needs of you and your players.

I call it the Coaching Classroom.

Every drill has a printable PDF and many include video support as well. I want you to grow your drill book and learn the nuances of each drill through the videos.

Inside of our community, Circle Up and during live trainings, you will learn in-depth skills to better implement each WLD Coaching Classroom resource as time goes on! 

We add many new items to the Coaching Classroom each month, so the collection is always growing.

Once a month, we have a live training via Zoom from a qualified high-level coach and you have access to our past trainings from coaches including Janine Tucker, Avery Blackmon, Amy Altig and many more.

Our Strategy space takes a dive into coach's playbooks as well as other strategic concepts. This is our favorite and newest section!

Overall, the Coaching Classroom is an accessible, simple way to help coaches of all levels - it doesn’t matter how new or seasoned you are in the game, there is always something to learn.
