What is required:
Your camera must be on. Having our cameras on builds trust and helps the conversations.
Prepare something (a drill, play, coaching philosophy. etc.) that helped your team this season.
Prepare something (a drill, play, concept, etc.) that you and your squad need (or needed) help with this season.
This session will NOT be recorded for the privacy and integrity of all attendees.
🧠 Never under estimate peer to peer co-learning. The most important things you can learn are from other coaches who are walking in your shoes!
