About Emily:

 

Emily is the owner of Perrin Wellness and Performance where she works with athletes and coaches. She specializes in putting unique and individual programming together that encompasses all three modalities to help athletes & coaches enhance their performance.

“When we help athletes address their health in an all encompassing way using these techniques and tools we set them up to reach peak performance and maintain it.”

Emily is going to guide us through a series of 3 one hour zoom training sessions so we are well equipped to help our student athletes and learn to coach more mindfully.
