DRILL: Shouts

Shouts

Directions: At the end of practice after the coaches talk, open the floor for the players to give shouts to one another. They can recognize a player for being a good teammate, great effort, a specific dodge they thought was awesome, or something more specific. There aren’t a ton of rules behind it! If you notice someone is hardly ever getting a shout, give them one as a coach. This shouldn’t be a popularity contest, but something to help lift them up and recognize each other at the end of a practice.
