Biggest Questions To Ask Yourself

  • Is the Defense Switching or Staying?

  • Is the Defense Going Over or Under the Pick?

Throughout the lacrosse game, this will change! The attackers need to pay attention to what the defense is doing.

Start small with a 1v1 drill

  • Add a picker

  • Add a feeder

When you start with a 1v1, the only read is that the defender will stay so the read is over or under.

don't over coach

All your lacrosse players to learn by doing. They will make the reads and take action. It will take time to start understanding and trusting themselves to make the correct read.
