Description:
Have three lines at the top of the 15m’. Each player should be wearing a different color. The coach rolls the ground ball out and it’s a 1v1v1 ground ball fight. The winner goes to goal and the losers double ball. The play is finished when the ball is out of bounds, a goal is scored or the defense clears it past the RL.

Don’t let them stop playing if the attacker makes a bad shot. They must always CHASE the ball!
