Description:

This is a very fun team bonding drill. Split the team into two. Each team should have their own room (a locker room, office, hallway, etc) that is not visible to the other team. Have one room full of supplies for the girls to use. For ten minutes, the teams will attempt to build the same exact structure simply through communication. In 30 second increments, let one player from each team run into the supply room and pick the SAME* supply to build their structure. The girls have 30 seconds to pick something out and explain to each other where they will put it. After 30 seconds, the girls have to run back into their rooms and tell the team what they just discussed. This repeats itself for 10 minutes (or longer if you want). Keep in mind, the structures have to look exactly the same when you enter the room.

Equipment:

Office supplies, Sports supplies, Lacrosse supplies, or anything you have access to!

Key Coaching Points:

Make sure you’re organized and strict with keeping the time.

Communicate the time to the girls and guide them through this drill. Other than that do not interfere too much! The girls will be having a blast.
