  6. Walk the Dog: 9:03 - end

Equipment:

Stick & Ball

Key Coaching Points:  

  • Modify by allowing your player to choke up on the stick.

  • Form is important! Modifying is important!

  • Isolate the wrist - avoid swinging motions or momentum.

  • Work Left and Right side, always.
