Dodge Shuttle

Description:
Break the team up into groups of 6 players. Drill is for 8-10 minutes. X1 players stand in front of a diamond shape of cones. X2 is about 10 yards from the last cone and X3 is about 15 yards.
X1 dodges through the cones and then passes to X2. X2 quick sticks a pass back to X1 who is running towards her. X1 passes to X3, X2 turns around. X3 throws either a high pass (draw control) or ground ball to X2. X2 collects pass, turns and sprints. She passes to the next player in line. X1 goes to X3 spot and X3 goes to X2 spot.
Dodging Sequences:
Carry past cone 1 and split cone 4
Split cone 1, carry towards cone 2 or 3 and split to the inside - sprint and pass
Split cone 1, carry towards cone 2 or 3 and split, carry towards cone 4 and split
Split cone 1, carry towards cone 2 or 3 and roll dodge to the inside - sprint and pass
Split cone 1, carry towards cone 2 or 3, roll dodge, carry towards cone 4 and split
These are a few examples, you can add lots of different dodges or patterns.
